How to enable the Sorbact method to produce the best results.
It is important that the green hydrophobic surface comes into direct contact with the surface of the wound!
It is from the surface of the wound that the pathogenic, hydrophobic micro-organisms adhere to the Sorbact dressing and can be removed.

The dressing change frequency is totally dependent on the amount of exudate and the presence of infection.

Dressing change frequency.
Wounds once a day to twice a week.

For low exudate to dry unclean and clean wounds, use a gel compress.

Clean the wound as usual.

If the wound is deep, apply a compress or ribbon gauze or swab to the wound and cover it with a Sorbact absorption dressing. If moisture is needed, use a Sorbact gel compress and cover the wound with a Sorbact film dressing or some other moisture-retention dressing.

If the wound is superficial, use a Sorbact gel compress, a compress or an absorption dressing, depending on the amount of exudate.
